Dell India — Repairing/ change the issue of webcam/speaker problem | |||||
Service Request Number –[protected] I reinstalled my OS accordance with Dell technical team but I didn't get any benefit as like before my laptop work now . I already told to Dell technical team, my webcam and sound is not properly work and its not problem of software but it's problem of hardware, so plz send any technician to my home and change my laptop"s webcam and sound., otherwise I'll registered a complaint against Dell technical team. Since from last 1 week, i told to dell technician team, but they alwz told me first we have to check then i'll send to any technician team . i didnt understand why they are doing this . its my biggest mistake to buy Dell Laptop, in future i never recommend to any one to buy Dell Laptop.
