Greetings, Hindge not fixing propely. Expecting you guys to help out the customers! Service Tag: 799RJ22 One month after i purchased my laptop i found closing/opening my laptop was tight and something was blocking. i took it to the authorized dell centre where i bought the laptop. They said that it is working good and it would be alright in a course of time. Few week backs i noticed that there was a crack developing near the hindge. I took it to the service centre and they say that it will not be covered under warranty. I bought this laptop with additional warranty. It is not a physical damage. please tell me why it is not covered under warranty. I do had accidental damage care till novemeber 20th 2015 There was huge floods from november end till now in chennai. Entire world is helping out its customers to have better experience with the brand. You guys could cover this as a one time courtesy even though it is not my fault. It should actually be covered under warranty as the hindge inside is not broken only the outer part has cracked which i intimated earlier considering the fact that i have extended warranty and accidental damage is recently got over and floods over chennai was the reason why i could not get there early. please help me Regards Ashwin Dev CSAT - International Training Specialist Groupon India pvt Ltd.
