Dell India — smart student offer | |||
I purchased smart student offer on 27th July 2015 and received Lewis gift voucher and was entitled to extended 2 years of warranty for my Inspiron 13 7000 Series 2-in-1(7348). Today (19th July 2018) i faced a hardware problem and called the customer care but got to know that they have no information regarding this purchase. My registration reference number is[protected]. Even after spending a good sum for this offer i am not able to avail the offer. Dell has such a careless handling of data. I need an update and explanation soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
