Dell India — Supply of faulty laptop | |||
I had ordered a dell lap thru amazon on 21st july, 2016. The said laptop was supplied to me by manas merchandise pvt. Ltd, bangalore on 25th july, 2016. The said lap top stopped functioning from the very first day. After a long wait i could get dell customer care. The had deputed on technician to my place to check the fault. The technician having found the laptop not working, informed dell office. Finally dell replacement division agreed to replace the laptop. But the problem is that their current stockist does supply material to west bengal. They are insisting me to give alternative address at rajasthan, delhi, jharkhand, mumbai which is ridiculous suggestion. I have told them to send the replacement at my current address only but till date nothing has happened. No body is there to take the responsibility. Where to go? Whom to contact?
