Dell India — Warranty Change from US to India done but no offer for renewal

Dear Sir/Madam,

Talked with Ms Anisha Gupta, who seems away but no one is giving offer for renewal while the warranty is transfered and the documents/photos of the laptop and condition, invoice already mailed.

Upto today, no offer, what to do or else work without warranty.
Laptop is used for home purpose.
