Hello
I have a laptop of dell company. Model is inspiron 3148, it's service tag: bkf9l52 and express service code: [protected].
My warrenty is going to expire and i contacted to dell customer care on 26th october 2016. I got reply from jissmon joseph, inside sales representative
Dell, consumer apos – warranty team, office[protected], toll free :[protected] extn no: 840-3899, dell international services india pvt ltd, divyashree greens, ground floor, s. No 12/1, 12/2a, 13/1a, varthur hobli, bangalore south -560071.
I purchased additional 2 yr premium support onsite nbd service + 2yr ad
Rs. 10, 499/- and made payment on 26th october 2016 and sent a mail with my all the details required by him.
He promised me, he will provide me the order acknowledgment before 6pm on that day.
1 week has been passed away but he has not given me the order acknowledgement as yet. I called him many times, he neither comes to speak with me, nor picks my call on his given direct number.
Now, i am planning to go to consumer court..
