My dell inspiron notebook's service code is [protected] & service tax(S/N) is J91*9W1.I have been having problems with my dell touch screen for quite some time now that is whenever i touch the screen or use the cursor many pop-up boxes appear on the screen saying 're-set touch' & the F1 key starts functioning on its own.Please help as soon as possible.

    I bought a dell laptop (Service tag 4488nc2) on 31.10.2016 which was defective product and the warranty was also not updated. Tata croma sold by misleading information. The product is giving too much of heat during use and the speakers are not functioning properly at times. I approached croma & did trouble shooting but it didn't help. Dell denied to provide any service. My whole money (Rs 35000) has gone in vain. I want complete refund of the product. This is defective and has been sold by fraudulent means.

      The wifi icon is remove maximum time . wifi is not working properly . There is a problems that also not solved by troubleshoot. it shows the driver problem in wifi.. .this problem is occuring from 3 days. plz solve my wifi problem.i was purchase this lappi 5 months ago..plz solve my problem in minimum time. sometimes it connect with decice but not access the inernet .

        ALIENWARE: Alienware was the high end laptop of dell laptops and the one of the best laptop for gaming for the people as the user of Alienware laptop the true is NO NOT AT ALL. I bought it for 1.05Lac it’s been 2 yrs on 3th of November 2016 it’s stopped working I called dell service centre informed them the problem. They came took the laptop on 4thNov 2016 after three days they said chip problem in motherboard again after some days they said short circuited and finally they said motherboard problem you have to replace it and the cost is around 30k to 35k.
        I asked for the reason why that happened? They said short circuited sir may be high voltage or voltage fluctuation problem sir
        Alienware charger:
        Input: 100-240v-3.5A (3, 5A) 50-60Hz
        Output: 19.5V (19, 5V)-12.3A (12, 3A)
        This is high end charger if any high voltage or voltage fluctuation means first the charger should stop working not the laptop motherboard
        Ok let’s think its very high voltage effect so the motherboard gone
        In my room around 7 laptops of different company’s 5yrs to 4yrs of working condition where connected to the same plug through extension box are still working but this Alienware17’ i7 processor 4th generation, 16gb ram, 4gb 4gb amd radeon r5 m335 graphic card, 4gb 4gb intel graphic card and 1tb hard drive stopped working because motherboard was short circuited.
        Finally I asked them to return the laptop without replacing the motherboard. They returned on 18th Nov 2016.
        Look the condition of the laptop how they returned me. With a broken display panel

          Sir the incident is me and my friend go to dell showroom to purchase laptop under 25, 000 but the person refuse to show the laptop he says that
          " aapko itne me laptop nahi milega aur apki bas ki baat nahi h laptop lene ki dell ka ham aapko laptop nahi dikha sakte" ye konsa attitude hota h inka bolne ka dell showroom kholke bethe h toh kuch bhi bolenge kya
          we are not satisfy from your seller and he will abuse us so we dont want to buy your laptop anymore. and please do any action against him if you want your reputation

            Hi,

            Dell service request number[protected]

            I have purchased an alienware 17 laptop on may 22, 2014 with an extended warranty of 2 years (Total 3 years warranty). Total amount i paid is rs. 214, 989.00

            I am facing repetitive issue of fan + heating after the laptop purchase and have been following the dell warranty terms and conditions wisely in resolving the issue. My all laptop service calls are of same issue.

            Dell's expert technicians have visited my place multiple times and have replaced the parts which gets fixed on that time, but within the period of 3-4 months the same issue rises again.

            Being a professional designer, i have to deal with multiple works and such issues make my work less productive and affects my time and money. It is also hard to submit my laptop at dell service center unless dell provides me a backup laptop of same configuration.

            I have already invested my time and worked together with dell to get it resolved. Since same thing is rises again, i want dell to take this seriously and give me a appropriate core solution. I have suggested these options to dell:

            1- take care of that particular section (Fan + heating issue) and cover it under warranty lifetime.
            2- replace the laptop and provide me with a new one

            I was approached by the dell representative m/s shaina maheshwari, senior support resolver and she said that both the options are not possible and is offering me to get it serviced again and if the same issue re-appears it will be fixed again as per dell warranty terms and conditions.
            After the warranty, if i get same issue then dell will take is as out of warranty and will only repair it when i will pay for the dell service and the faulty part.

            I totally deny and oppose the solution given by dell as the product is under warranty and is faulty.

            I am not closing the service request number[protected], as i have not received any proper solution. Dell is forcibly closing the case considering it to be resolved.

                I have bought Dell inspiron 5559 from Himcom Systems, (Phone no.[protected], [protected] email id. [protected]@gmail.com), Haldwani - 263139, Uttarakhand on 01/11/2016. I had registered with dell on the same day. But, even after 7 days, warranty information is not available for this product in my dell account. It says the product is out of warranty . But, according to the dealer, it has 2 years warranty. When I contacted dell for technical support, they said that they cannot provide any support until and unless warranty information is updated by the dealer. I have contacted the dealer many times, but has not received any proper response. I have the invoice with me. I am waiting for your response.

                  I had purchased one Laptop (New Dell Inspiron 15 5559)online
                  through DELL Website on 15.10.2016 costing Rs.57790.00

                  There was an offer of 6 month interest free installment
                  payment. In the process of online purchase, EMI @Rs.9632.00 was shown for the total payout of Rs. 57792.00). But my SBI card statement shows total amount of Rs.57790.00 instead of Rs.9632.00.

                  I feel this is a serous fraud by DELL INDIA (Authorized partner, CNG Electronics PVT LTD, Bangalore, Total amount of 57792.00 was paid to this company).

                  Kindly raise this issue promptly to the DELL India company so that there won't be any victim like me in future.

                  Yesterday, I have sent mail to:[email protected]/[email protected], which is authorized Dell Express Ship Affiliate. I have received mail from customercare@compuindia "Please write to [email protected] or you can call us on 1800 267 0115 from Monday to Saturday ( b/w 10am to 6pm)". Later on I have sent my complaint to : [email protected], then I have received mail "Please be informed Compuindia is shipment partner for Dell as we request you to check with Dell offer team for further assistance" at 11.11am today and again another mail received (14.58 pm) today from same email address "Greetings of the day! Thanks for writing us, Kindly note Compuindia will not take care of offer part as customer need to reach out Dell offer team for further assistance". I have contacted over phone1800425051 (toll free) and request the same but the customercare executives failed to solve my problem and they tried to misguide me by transferring my call to at least three different customercare executives and finally last executive disconnected my call today.

                    My laptop battery battery condition is poor and need to be replaced.
                    When i contacted Dell, they confirmed that it is covered under Warranty and gave me some mail id to send me a mail regarding this.
                    I request that if it is covered in warranty, please attend the problem andIf it is not covered in warranty please inform me accordingly.
                    But even after 10 days i have yet to receive any communication from Dell team.
                    I don't wan't that Dell should necessarily change the Battery of my Laptop but at least they should respond.

                      Hi.. I purchased Dell Vostro 3458 on 8th Oct from dell exclusive store located in GIP Sector 18 Noida. I am facing below mentioned problem but company is not providing any sort of help.

                      1. Touch Pad not working. 2. Not able to search anything on search the web icon. 3. Laptop charge according to mood.Sometimes its shows 91% battery after sometime system shut down. 4. System take years to open. 5. Battery light works according to mood.

                      Dell support is saying to contact the dealer and dealer asking to provide DOA letter or email confirmation from dell support but dell support denied the same. Its been around a month issue is still the same. Worst customer service. Every executive tells a new story. You people thinks customer is fool. Dell supports blaming Dealer and Dealer blaming dell support Its between you and dealer but I am the only one who is suffering. After writing mail to CEO nothing happened so far. Its shows how much dell value his customers. Every day I encountered new problem with the laptop. Its a worth decision I ever made to purchased laptop from Dell. You have two days time I want my machine to be replaced or want my money back.

                          I have purchased a Dell Inspiron 13 5368 & since purchase I have been facing issues with the touch screen.

                          I called the technical support Center for the same & they made me do certain troubleshooting steps which did not resolve the phone. Later on again I spent more time on the phone and tried to troubleshoot but no luck. Finally they asked me to back up my data and they will do a complete windows format whereas it was very sure the issue was with the hardware and none of this works.

                          I agreed to do the same however I requested them invade it is found that the issue is with the hardware I would want a replacement for the product as I do not wish to have a repaired laptop which is less than a month old and purchase for a high price of Rs. 74000/-

                          Replacement is important as I do not wish to used a repaired laptop within first month of purchase.

                            I am sibin, i have Dell Inspiron 3542 model... Now suddenly i got problem with display of my laptop some lines are coming and its spreading all over the system. I have Dell parts warranty with expiry date of December 2017. Then to Solve my problem i called the for technical support they troubleshooted my system and identified that there is no other problem to my laptop so that technician told me you have replacement warranty we dispatch one technician and he took my system and will solve and replace the display. But unfortunately i am not satisfied with that technician i think he not proficient in his work, he is saying some internal problems are there so you don't have accidental warranty. So have to pay money.
                            Actually there is no physical damages or scratches or any kind of damage. He closed that service request.
                            Now they are believing only his words... not listening to me..
                            "So This my Complaint i have the parts replacement warranty so dell is responsible for the genuine complaint... "
                            I brought this model because of this additional 2 year parts replacement warranty. If Dell not ready to replace my display its kind of Customer cheating.
                            I hope a positive action from Dell side.

                                Dear Sir/ Madam This is with reference to my repair request of Alienware 15 dated 8th October, 2016 vide Service reference no. ‘ENG/RG_FR-GURGAON 2/16-17/000085’ at Dell Service Center, Boot IT solutions, Lg5, Devi Palace, opposite Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road Gurgaon 122001. This lap top is in warranty period.

                                Despite n number of repeated requests on customer care and emails I have not received my laptop. I was continuously told that problem will be rectified soon. This laptop is being used by my son a student of B. Arch at SPA, Bhopal. He is not able to submit his project on time. You are requested to handover the laptop back after rectification.

                                    Complain against: Person claiming to be the store manager of this store

                                    Identification of the person: The person refused to share his name or the name of his supervisor.My wife was asked to Google for the details. That's what we are doing.

                                    Time: Around 11:30 am on 22nd October, 2016

                                    Ok, this happened between 11:35 am & 11:45 am today (22nd Oct) when I went to the Indiranagar 80 ft. Road Dell C Store to take back my Dell XPS laptop that I had given for cleaning. I went there on 21st evening as well and was curious about the XPS 13 model and showed interest to the sales person (who later claimed to be the senior most manager of the store). He gave me a basic demo and when he coaxed (just what you can expect from any salesman), I said that I will need to discuss with my wife, because I was planning to buy one for her (though didn't do the necessary survey on the model to buy). Today when I paid for the service and was coming out he reminded me of the laptop and I wanted to show the model to my wife. In between, even before trying to demo the laptop to my wife, he asked me to go ahead with the purchase. When I asked my wife in bengali what she's thinking, she pondered for a while, she didn't come prepared to buy a 1.39 lakh laptop. However, just as it happens I was trying to pursuade her in my native language (Bengali) when this super efficient sales man remarked "aap ko dekh key hi pata chalta hain ki nehi kharid paogey.. Kolkatta sey ho na?". Needless to say, we were taken aback, but we walked out of the store. But my wife was too affected on this remark and walked back and asked him to explain the context to which he refused and forget about apologizing, he showed us the door. I believe there should be in-store camera where the whole episode. When we asked that we would like to talk to his supervisor he asked to Google and that's what I'm doing. Once the weekend is over, I'll figure out the corporate connects that our organization might be having and step up on this issue. Let's hope that Dell is reading this, else, let me see what I can do.

                                    I want to raise one ticket for laptop keyboard replacing but it is not working in online.

                                      Myself gopalakrishnan, i bought dell pc 6 years back. And i have a problem in my cpu, as i want a reliable service i gave my cpu 3 moths back to vikram dell center at erode. There he said that we will send this to banglore and they will findout the problem and with your permission we will replace the parts or something. Late two days he called we can give the cpu here local service they will do it for 1000rs said minor problem in mother boars. As i have huge reliabilty over dell i asked no need we will do it banglore dell center. Later week he called need to replace mother board and fan costs around 5600. I accept to pay. They while im getting my product back i found out that he was a lier, he didnot send my cpu to banglore with local service help he bought mother board and cpu for around 2000 (I found bill of mother board and fan in a box) later i asked him to give us a bill and fought him why he is spoiling the dell name and giving such a worst service in the name of dell. Now he is threatening me to pay 800 rs for courier charges. So that he will return back my product. Dont know how iwill trust dell any more. I m sure i wont getting any favours from you.
