Dell — Laptop Inspiron 15R 3537 not powering within 10 days of purchase complaint - Ticket #[protected] | |||
I have been facing serious trouble with the laptop DELL Inspiron 15R 3537 with S/N - 7KVZQZ1 and Express Service Code - [protected]. The laptop was purchased on 25th June 2014 and it refused to start up since July 4th Night. It is simply lying dead as a stone, and there is no movement. I am a student of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and have bought the computer from one of the oldest and most reputed computer shops at Lucknow. I need a replacement of the entire unit and I have already sent the original invoice to [protected]@dell.com with Ticket #[protected] on Saturday June 5 2014. But there is no response from the technical support. It is really irritating for a student to miss on assignments on a faulty laptops.
