Dell — Lousy service and refund

I had a motherboard problem with my dell laptop (HVP58BS) in sept. 2014. the service center resolved the issue by putting a new mother board charged Rs.9500. After three months (in DEC) the mother board got again crashed. This time the laptop was under repair for more than two months with the excuse that spar was not available. And finally when i got it back it was without a dedicated graphics. the original mother board had 1 GB dedicated ATI graphics. After i enquired, i was promised a refund of only Rs. 700.
