Dell — Restart problem

Dell service Tag : 1L8T5Z1 express code [protected] I bought this dell from ACL, Bangalore through Flipkart. I cannot start this laptop just by pressing start button. But I do make 20 to 30 times removing and reinserting the battery to start. I regret to purchase this dell laptap. I am a professor could NOT use this to correspond to fellow professors abroad. I earnestly request your service professional to attend the problem AND check the laptop and it is in warranty and replace the laptop if necessary.Pl. attend.
