Den Networks — Repetitive Irresponsible behavior and deliberate action by cable operator of stopping customer cable services

To whom it may concern,
Every month den cable operator assigned in area with my den card no.[protected] come up with nonsense hopeless actions that hampers the services every fortnight.
This time when I am writing you this complaint mail, my services suddenly were stopped today on 23rd Nov'16, for which I first called den cable customercare wherein I was told that services are stopped due to non payment. Then I clarified and I was told by customercare that cable operator is the one who has to collect the payment, which my cable operator didn't come till date to my place to receive the latest due payment and hand me my bill. Moreover, he already standing on fault for not coming to receive payment on time, has cut off the services for the reason of non payment which otherwise is his duty only.
I claim my services to be restarted with immediate effect and ensure that den cable operator Ravi mobile no. [protected] assigned in my locality stop these deliberate nonsense acts to entice irritate customer due to his unprofessional behavior towards his job, because of which customer has to suffer everytime.
I have put a complaint on this matter to customercare as well who again are very casual in their commitment for resolving a complaint in given deadline that is never achieved. So with customercare too, I have bitter experience in non resolution of my complaints filed in past.

Keeping den customercare attitude aside for this time, I want den cable operator to start my cable services with card no.[protected] immediately and come to collect Monthly payment.

To whom it Mau sincerely concern,
Yesterday, it was confirmed by customercare that my connection is disconnected due to non payment. Aafter that I called my LCO, who told me with surprise that why my services got cut off. In the morning today, I got to know that payment has already been done for the latest bill. In the meantime, when I wasn't aware that payment has already been done, I got call from some Rahu l; mobile no. [protected], saying that he is calling from Den Delhi Head office and asked me to share my debit card no. with him in order to pay my latest bill which he was not aware that payment has already been done by my father to cable operator. Despite that in the same call, rahul told that there is no problem, if I don't have debit card for paying my dues which I later got to know that payment has already been done, services will be resumed in two hours.
Later, after 02 hours, problem persists and I called rahul 3-4 times, which he was getting disconnected every time without listening to me properly and despite my repeated requests that what conversation he has made with my LCO, he in these subsequent calls started pushing me that I need to have debit card, only then he will help me and was not at all telling that what conversation he had had with LCO Ravi. Moreover, besides disconnecting my calls everytime in the middle of conversations, Rahul in last call misbehaved with me and irrespective of fact that I am den cable services user, shouted at me saying that you are not our customer and said that he has also other things to do.
Apart from my den services severe problem being faced by me, Rahul who claims to be calling from DEN Delhi head office misbehaved with customer and didn't help at all in resolving my aforesaid complaint.
I want to take strict action against Rahul who lack professional approach while dealing with custome. which in this case is me and resolve my standing den cable services problem since yesterday.
To reiterate, payment has already been done by me and customercare told that services are cut due to non payment and your LCO not seem interested to solve the problem like any otherwise and Rahul acute misbehavior and incapability in dealing with client.

Later, after 02 hours, problem still persists and subsequently I called rahul 3-4 times to share with him the current status which otherwise he was supposed to update me, he was disconnecting my calls every time without listening to me properly and despite my repeated requests that what conversation he has made with my LCO, he in these subsequent calls started pushing me that I need to have debit card, only then he will help me and was not at all telling that what conversation he had had with LCO Ravi and why my cable services are still not resumed.
Moreover, besides disconnecting my calls everytime in the middle of tele conversations, Rahul in last call harshly misbehaved with me and irrespective of fact that I am den cable services user, shouted at me saying that you are not our customer and said that he has also other things to do. I could also do the same with him, but I know the etiquettes I imbibe and respect others, no matter I am customer or not.
Apart from my den services severe problem being faced by me, Rahul who claims to be calling from DEN Delhi head office misbehaved with customer and didn't help at all in resolving my aforesaid complaint.
I want to take strict action against Rahul who lack professional approach while dealing with custome. which in this case is me and resolve my standing den cable services problem since yesterday.

Late in the day, when I put complaint against Rahul including on den nodal office mail Id, I got call from delhi llandline [protected], where caller told that Rahul is not from den office and must be from local cable operator and then asked me my address. I shared my address, because merely sharing address can lead to financial losses to me. Now when I am calling on this Tata Docomo landline, noone is picking up. If these two no. are actually den genuine no., then call me in next 15 minutes, otherwise tomorrow I will go to police station with these 02 no.s and then authorities will ask you for what intention, Rahul and landline caller called me.
Call me now with proof that you are from den, or mail me from your official den Id with your name and no., otherwise be ready to face trouble tomorrow.
