[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — allotment letter is not mentioned in list of documents

Sir My loan application no is 01827833 and loan code 00000440. I had requested for lod on 11 mar 2019 from customer care. I received the lod after few days but allotment letter was not mentioned in the list. Allotment letter is the main document in the bank custody. I again requested for lod with allotment letter but failed to get what i required. I received 4times the same lod. I requested customer care no of times. Dear sir,
My loan was approved on 31.08.18. 1st installment was disbursed on 15.11.18. But that I didn't get any amount. Lots of my cement bags and other materials damaged due to lack of fund
