[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — emi get deducted without receiving loan amount

My home loan application no[protected] is approved and last month dhfl deducted approximately 5400 inr as advance emi interest. Moreover this month on 10th, first emi of approximately 13000 has been taken out of my account and loan amount hasn't been credited into my account yet.
Regarding this matter i contacted your customer service executive jyoti, kept on repeating 3-4 sentences (Script), but couldn't resolve my query. I requested to speak to a supervisor, she put my call on hold for 20-25 minutes and then disconnected the call. After that i wasn't able to contact customer service due to closing time. I emailed to your customer services informing this and till now haven't received any response. Without giving any funds to the customer, how can you take installments out of my account.
Please resolve this matter asap.
