[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — excessive loan interest

My loan code are00000345&00000551. Interest rates are10.30&10.90 is to much greater than sbi which is 8.35. Please take immediate action. I take the loan in2012. Many times i request them to reduce my loan interest of respective loan interest but they ignored the proposed matter. Please take the matter carefully due to my poor economic conditions. Please reduce my loan interest to 8.35 as compared as oter bank likes sbi. Hope you will take necessary action about the matter.

Dhfl company do not take step about my housing loan whose loan code 00000345&00000551.I am Biswajit Ghosh from west bengal is a customer of Durgapur branch.I repeatedly called the officers of that company for reducing interest to 8.35 as compared to Sbi.My current rates of interest are10.30 &10.90.The Dhfl officers never takes any better step to keep their customers in safer condition. In the situation I beg to you please take step about my housing loan to lowering the interest rates.Thanking you.
