Hi Team, - My name is Rajashekhar Reddy, applied for composite loan in DHFL in Aug2018. - My loan got approved and shown in website in Aug2018. - Basha-FM (himayathnagar-hyderabad branch) and his team took almost 2 months to complete other rounds legal/technical.(this is after intense followups from my end) - I have been called for disbursement procedure to himayathnagar-hyderabad branch and there I have given extra processing fee of Rs.11000/- (No receipt, said disbursement will be done in 2-4 days) - Then the later results also not informed to me, no call pickups/no response to mails. After so many followups got to know my loan could not be processed due to rain water seen by technical team in my Plot. - Due to these actions, I lost my plot/project due to crossing the agreement date, and dead-locked with the owner there. - DHFL team agreed to return my extra processing fee and documents, But no response from executive Ramakrishna. - Ramakrishna-executive have returned my documents set and said he has used my money for his personal purpose, said he will return in a week time. - Its almost 3 months now, he is not responding and His FM is not helping to sort it out. I am so frustrated with the service and Staff behaviour. Though was keep on informing them that I was running out of time for my deal.
