[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Foreclosure charges increased at the time of submitting the Chq

Dear team,
At the time of disbursal of the loan in[protected], i was told that as a special case there will be no foreclosure charges and hence there was no foreclosure charges mentioned on the sanction letter.
At the time of foreclosing the loan in march 2017, dhfl first gave me forclosure letter with 2% charges, then at the time of depositing the repayment chq, they refused to accept the chq and changed it to 3% and gave me a new foreclosure letter and asked me to pay additional 5 lacs in the repayment amount.
They refused to listen and entertain my complaint and requests.

Please help. To my loan has been closed and i made the repayment with 3% foreclosure charges, however 5 lacs is not a small amount and any help in retrieving the same would be of great help.

I have the foreclosure letter of 2% and of 3%, which iw ill send to you as and when required by you.

i was drafted the mail on 30/12/2017 About my insurance policy As i am in clearly mention that your Executive took my signature on ECS form without my knowledge And i am not in good condition to pay all Amount together, And Ad the same time u not suppose to forces me but still u guys Deducted the money on 6/01/2018 its high time that money i was Arrange for its a due for my EMI and u guys deduct the money perhaps before six days i was clearly giving sound put my policy for every month And personally i visited two branch one is Bandra And 2nd is dhisar but your Arrogant staff not help me out from this disaster .i need my money return back in my Account.

i would like to inform u about my insurances policy as i am very disappointing your Executive not provide a proper information to me when we sing the final document for the final round

your executives took my signature without giving any intimation on ECS FORM, after the year costumer care (followup department )calling me and saying to me its due for your ECS (something 14000.)for insurances policy
i am shocked for that how can u debit a amount without my knowledge and then they replay to me your signature is there on ECS FORM that sound like horribly .i would like to pay Attention your senior people

since two days i am visiting your branch 29/12/2017( Bandra )and 2nd Branch (Dahisar) branch 30/12/2017 regrading for that no one is helping me .u can cross cheque my entry are there both place ."perhaps let me clear one thing
