Its over a two months and i am struggling to get the complete lod from dhfl. No help even after writing to [protected]@dhfl or [protected]@dhfl.
Every time whenever i am writing or calling the customer care for the status... They are providing the same incomplete lod or a new date of after after two weeks... Like a fresh request ignoring the original request. Not sure dhfl people are really so incompetent or they are trained to behave like this with customer just to increase dhfl earning by forcefully making people continue with them.
Looks like its a tactic dhfl is following to cheat people by forcing people to continue loan at a higher interest (More than 11%) with them by not providing the required document to transfer the loan.
My loan application number : 00663069
One of the email chain from dhfl with subject line... "ccdis02076559 qrdis02094587 ccdis02076559 qrdis02090089 ccdis02076559 : lod"
Hope there is no need to provide mobile or email address here as it is already with dhfl.
