[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — home loan interest rate increasing every month

In 2017 August i have taken Home Loan from DHFL. While taking loan my Rate of interest is 9.2. From past six months they increased my rate of interest from 9.2 to 9.82. Every month they are increasing 0.25 percent, I want to transfer my home loan to other bank. What is the process and what are pre closuer charges i need to pay to DHFL for loan transfer.
