Please find the attachment of loan statement.

The total sanctioned amount is 967, 835.00 and manager is saying 127, 000.00 they have deducted for insurance, without any document or receipt, and it is not showing in our statement either (Which i'm attaching in this mail).
Manager says we have mentioned that insurance amount in loan offer letter, which we never received, still they say that you should have asked initially if you have not received.
My question is, being a customer is it necessary to know all the banking process, if we don't know then whose responsibility to inform the banking process.
Please resolve this as soon as possible.

this is clear cheating for the customer who is paying the EMI promptly and also only two years tenure is left.
