Hi applied for construction loan 01793617 Tumkur property I got sanction letter 18/05/2018 still not 2 months over not yet disbursed, I have 10 years of IT returns, property with clear title, but Sales Ramesh asking money 3% of loan amount, he saying he will do technical and Legal both and he has to manager as well, else they will reject loan it seems, they are saying even no IT return, they will sanction they created many like that from past and now, please do the audit for previous and advice if I can get help
