[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — I am complaining about closure letter

I had taken loan from dhfl bank, borivali west. Mumbai, on august 2017. I got pantpradhan jan yojana subsidy on november 2017. Now i want to transfer my loan to other bank. But on february month 2018. Branch manager informed me that i will get closer letter after completion six months from the month of subsidy. So my six months are completed in the month of may. But now he told me that your loan audit is not completed so you will not get closer letter. And you need to wait for 1 month. So please guide me. And please send my closing letter urgently.
