We have taken loan from DHFL 3 years back. Now in last 1 years they have increased the interest rates twice stating financial market is not so good and their cost of landing is increased.

When we said we can’t afford this kind of hikes so it’s just the beginning and we have increased the least other companies in market has increased lots more and more hike is expected. Since it does not come under RBI they don’t follow RBI rules also. So what are they doing don’t know but it’s a open financial fraud is happening in market.

Updated by Utam Singh Very very very poor service provided by DHFL. I took a home loan from DHFL before 3 years but not taken (PMAY)
So shocking and horrible. Worst service and am planning to switch home loan from DHFL to any other bank.
i request to all people please Don't go By DHFL,

Please process the our file in connection with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Subsidy, i am waiting last 3 yeras, also submited all required documents to you, against Complaint Number-QRDIS02291301 SRDIS01955188: Application No[protected], Loan No-[protected]

I have applied for home loan and it is sanctioned but disbursement time it is hold for the bank internal matter so I want to get back the my MODT but your 8selsexecutive said it is not refundable so I requesting to you you please make refund the amount
