[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — loan cancellation not processed

Loan account number: 01737041 We requested home loan. They processed and finally they revised the interest from 8.5 to 12 percent. So we requested cancellation on 31st march 2018. But still they didn't cancelled. Dhfl bank tried to collect pre emi using our check we stopped payment and also they initiated ecs using that they tried collect emi from our account. Currently we don't have enough amount in our account. So the attempt failed. Still they are not responding about loan cancellation. We sent lot of request to them.
