I had Deposited Partition Deed No.366 DTD 10.02.2005 (17 pages) in original which pertains to Mother's another property forwhich no loan was sanctioned by DHFL, as a collateral document vide DHFL Madurài (TN) branch file No. 6042, DTD 2.7.09. At that time I was told by the Manager that this document will be returned if required after four or five years of regular payments of EMI. This document is presently pertains to my sister who is in urgent need of the same. All other original documents with DHFL are pertaining to the property forwhich I have been sanctioned loan.

Updated by Alagar Swamy I feel Iam disappointed. Iam not requesting the release of mortgaged documents the value of which are already manyfold higher than the principal amount outstanding. This particular partion document of my wife was required at the initial stage with an assurance of return after construction of house and few years by the Branch Manager himself. Kindly look into the matter again and release the colotral document in question. Kindly consider my request logically and favourably. I would feel of great injustice done to me if my request is rejected again merely due to correctable technical hitch in your Company Norms.
