Dear Team, I, Rohit Kumar Joshi, am your loan customer at your Nokha branch. I have been charged of Rs 26125/- against life insurance policy but the same has been cancelled and now there is no updation regarding refund of the same. I have been told that NEFT UTR no. N[protected], Dated 12/06/2018 processed but still no credit to my account Though i have shared my account statement with your Insurance representative Mr. Ajay Swami and still there is no response. I request to arrange the resolution of this issue as it has already taken a long time.
