My construction loan approved by dhfl and i got 3.5 lack rs out off 1300000 after completing 70% construction stage.
I stopped my construction from past 2 months due to unavailability of money from dhfl. All required documents and proof of construction submitted to dhfl baramati, till no disbursement and they telling to wait for couple of months.
Totally disappointed by dhfl never go for dhfl home loan

Updated by Akkira After 72 hours of your reply no person from dhfl called me about disbursement. My contractor is calling everyday for payment he is threatening to me for payment and due to all this i am mentally harassed. All this is happening due to DHFL home loan process of disbursement. No one from dhfl assisting me for payment what should i do?
Its my biggest fault of taking home loan from dhfl.
Kindly give me contact no. Of dhfl person i will share audio clip of contractor. U will get to know that how i am facing him

From 5 th of feb to 18 th feb you are just forwarding complaints to concern and no one is reverting back to me and my personnel loss is going on.
No trust remaining on DHFL dont go any one i am facing the worst days of my life

With ref to your message it is to inform you that no one had concerned about disbursement to me with mail or telephone. I vontacted Sales executive mr shrikant thorat and he advised to go to pune branch and see details of your disbursement. Plz do not make fool about acknowledging the same about concern. Kindly check your detail that who had contacted me.
I am ready to give you call history and mail history showing that no ne had contacted myself about proper date of disbursement
Kindly revert as early as possible, I totally harnessed by calls of contractors asking details about payment and harassed by your disbursement process.
