[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — request for reducing interest rate , yearly account statement and provisional certificate.

Dear dhfl team,

ref loan code[protected]

i find that the loan interest rates have dropped significantly to around 8.5% per annum.

You are still charging us 10.30% and 10.50%( recently charging) per annum. Please reduce the interest rates charged on my home loan.

I also request you to send me the loan account statement, provisional certificate & other related documents for claiming tax deduction for the period[protected] to[protected] and[protected] to[protected] for income tax purpose.

We had approached DHFL office in the month of April at Thane n collect the foreclosure letter n applied for balance transfer in another bank. When we reached DHFL office with foreclosure cheque the branch staff provide us backdated foreclosure letter of March month which showing foreclosure charges approx 24000. Will seek help from consumer court.

I am taking the home loan form DHFL Rajkot Branch the Employee of DHFL are saying if you are not taking all the Insurance from the its subsidiary then my loan will not be sanctioned .
