I am an existing customer and they are increasing RPLR rate 4 times in a year, hence by EMI tenure getting increased.We need to pay some additional amount to DHFL to decrease the interest rate. This is getting repeated every year. No other banks doing this
Last financial year already it's increased 4 times and one more time they are increasing from 1st April 2019

Hi,

Even I am facing the same problem. Even when RBI increased the Repo rates DHFL increased it the same month but last time when RBI decreased the rates DHFL did no change.
In your post you mentioned you have to pay additional amount to get the interest rate decreased. How does that work? When I contacted them they did not informed me about any such process. Could you help me out by guiding how does this thing work where the interest rates are decreased?
