[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Unprofessional/ bad service quality

DHLF statement includes "changing rules". This is so true that they change rules in their favour. Earlier they had an option to download the statement on their online portal but a year ago it was removed. No system of printing or sending through email periodically which is a norm and I guess required by law. But now to request for account statement, one has to visit branch, pay Rs.250+ST and get a statement. Wow! Even escalations do not work. I have been marking emails to Sanjiv Gyani on this and unprofessional attitude of their back off (DHFL response) as per latest Fair practice manual but not even an acknowledgement that this would be looked into. Got lured into the low Rate of interest which eventually was increased after few days of disbursal. Better would be deal with nationalised banks or with international banks where atleast you can reason with them. Here it is all illogical.
