Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — waiting of 21 working days for getting the original documents of property

I took a home load in 2012, My loan code[protected], customer code[protected].

currently i done a Balance Transfer (BT) to other bank
So i am completed with the clearance of prepayment and paid the last EMI.

But as per the DHFL procedure, i have to wait 21 WORKING DAYS to collect the Original Documents of Property.This is really annoying

I paid total amount which i took as a loan from DHFL, so why should i wait for 21 working days to get my original property documents, if its a 1 WEEK, then OK.

i am continuously following through the mail (Closures.[protected]@dhfl.com), but haven't got any positive response.

So could you please help me out, to get my Original Property Documents as soon as possible,
