[Resolved] DHFL — home loan complaint | |||
This is to inform you that i your customer with home loan number 00002193 mr. Anand kumar pandey had informed one of your sr. Business development executives from dhfl sales and services limited mr. Avinash subhash bhosale that the registration office of our area of 27 villages falling under the gram panchayat was compelled to be closed because there was some disputes as the kdmc was taking over the gram panchayat since 01/08/2017 the registration office was legally closed and till date has not yet re-opened. Avinash was aware of the current situation still without the registration papers got the home loan disbursed and also did inform us about this disbursement later he demanded for rs.50, 000 worth life insurance and had already deposited my cheque without informing which he taken forcefully from me and got my cheque bounce also he started threatening that your loan will be cancelled if you do not clear the cheque thereafter, he told us to start paying the emi of the housing loan which we were not prepared for as we did not get the house possession as well as our registration was still pending, meanwhile, he also had increased our rate of interest from 8.70% which was mentioned on the sanction letter to 9.20% for the same without informing and also he had taken money for the legal technical process an amount of rs.7, 000 and before that processing fees rs.5, 900 also rs.421 gst stamp duty rs.1, 200 and challan rs.5, 000 total amount we have paid including every month emi of rs.13, 869 for three months from 13/09/2017-10/11/2017 i. E rs.61, 128 and after everything he did not inform us that my loan was cancelled instead he was demanding 2% of my loan amount so that he can directly issue the disbursement cheque to the builder without registration papers which completely a threat to us as a customer as we did not get the ownership of the house neither the possession of the property. Being an employee he has breached all the legitimacy of the company. I visited the dhfl sales and services limited office in hariniwas circle office and logged a complaint but got no response and mr. Avinash subhash bhosale has given me open challenge that no actions will be taken against him by the company in spite of this forgery and all this mess with us. Was this information helpful? | |||
