[Resolved] DHFL — loan processing charges taken by dhfl of rs.7435 & cash amount taken by his employee 7000/- after that no response from dhfl & his employee | |||||
Dear sir / madam, Good afternoon. With reference to above mentioned subject i laxmeshwar jha apllied for a home loan in your vapi branch thorugh your employee mr. Mayur in the month of april-20018. I have done all the formality required as per mr. Mayur, lots of time i have visited in your branch for different formality. After that message received on 19.05.2018 that your loan no.01800311 is sanctioned & at the same time i discuss to mr. Mayur & at that time mayur called me again in your branch for loan agreement & other formality. After 3-4 days when i visit in your branch for loan agreement & formality required after sanctioned of loan amount, mayur asked that i need to make a paper from advocate about original sale of agreement misplaced, also he has taken 7000/-cash from me for this process. After 2-3 days i have called mr. Mayur to take information / followup from him about advocate work so that my loan amount will be clear. Again he denied, he said due to time taken in process of advocate work your loan application will resubmit for process. Same time i requested him to please complete the process at the earliest. After that on 14.09.2018 again i received message from dhfl about loan application no.01917488 with dhfl is sanctioned. When i call to mr. Mayur that next process (After sanctioned loan appl) again he denied & said currently disburshment of loan is closed, so if you can wait then ok other wise you can collect your file from dhfl. And after above he is not giving any response also not picking call also. First i want to say that loan process charges rs. 7435/- deducted from my account & mr. Mayur taken cash rs.7000/-for complete the loan process. I have so much pressure from builder for loan & your branch person / officer of your vapi branch not giving proper response.
