DHL Express India — Invalid custom duty imposed

My name is ajay kumar singh. I forgot my phone motorola z play phone in mauritius which was 7 months old and was purchased in india. My hotel helped me to mail my lost phone to my home address in india and i was informed by dhl the total cost for shipment is only 3000mur but when the package reached india. They started asking for 12800 rs as custom duty. I have already informed them that the phone was purchased in india and all the taxes are already paid i have also sent them the bill of my mobile phone but as per dhl i have imported hence i have to pay the custom duty. I contacted them anf no one was able to answer me at that time on why i have to pay the taxes again later they sent me email with all custom reciepts. I am sure they have done some blunder while filing the custom and now they want me to pay 12800 for there blunder. If i calculate the current market value that phone is for 7000 or 8000 only.
