my name is s.senthil kumar i have purchase a new digital sony camera dsc hx1 from sony centre trichy the company gives a 3 years warranty period in the warranty period i have faced automatically on off problem in the camera i have submit the camera in the sony service centre in[protected] and job sheet number is-VAT NO:[protected]-CST NO:245834-ST NO: AAAPH9139FST001-job no:259. The service engineer told me the spare parts is not available in the market they do not give a valid response and rectify my problum
