[Resolved] Digital India Deal — offering fraud price and not refund money.

First they send combo gift after that they told about free gift product (Deel laptop, samsung led 50 inches and apple iphone 128 gb) rs. 75000+ and ask to make payment of half of gst amount around 5600 and product will deliver. After few days they ask for additional payment to insurance and courier despatch the product (Providing courier service company names fedex, aramex and blue dart charges may very). Again take around 10 thousand. After 7 days they told that due to accident product not despatch and said something about insurance money.

This is totally fraud with customers. Prior to payment of 10, 000 i saw the review of customers in https://www.consumercomplaints.in but i show trust on you and make payment. I want my money refunded total of 15, 600. You guys make fool's to the customer this not good.

I show trust on you and you cheat me, i will inform you i want my refund.

I would like to inform you that, the customer support team is not support well, I put last mail on [protected]@digitalindiadeal.com at that time I got mail me from your team they can resolve my issue as well as possible, but then after they even not contact me, I personally call three time, then they said We will call back we check your file. This not fair what is going on?

First of all your team even not talk the subject of my free gift, this is not good your venture is now only in born period, you can't do this, how you can servive in this market? You can't create customers trust for you.

I want my money refunded as well as possible because I also borrow this money from my friends which creates huge burden on me.

Digital India Deals is a fraud company. The asked me to purchase one item from their website to process the prize. I purchased a watch as shown in the screenshot and after that they said that I need to pay ONLY the GST charge of the price which is Rs. 6700/-. I did paid that too. They said once the payment is made, I will get a call from the dispatch department for the prize within 24 hours. I waited for almost 5 days and then the guy who called has no sense to talk with the customer. He said that I need to pay another[protected] rupees for the insurance of the product. I said that I will pay directly to the courier company then he said that I need to pay to them only. I told him that I am not interested in the prize and refund my GST money which I have purchased. He disconnected the call after that. I emailed to their customer care person and everytime I got one same reply from them which is attached too.

They are such a liar company. I hope government and police cyber cell will look into this matter and help us resolve our matter.

It's Indeed a fraudulent company.. I too experienced the same trouble. From my side even Iam nt able to mail the customer care. I am attaching the screen shot.
