My Application SMO(M)/2023/242807 is under verification process, what should i do to move the status further it was not stated the reason why it went under verification my onboard date is near....

I have Applied for Duplicate CDC on 24th January 2023, My application was approved on 10th March, But My CDC is not yet dispatched. I request to kindly dispatch my CDC as early as possible as I need to submit it to my company for my Visa process.

I am Sandeep Kumar Indos number 17EL0764 trying to apply for SID but it is showing that your application is in progress.
Last time I applied for SID in March 2021, and I got appointment on 6th April 2021 at Noida MMD. But due to urgent joining I could not able to went for my appointment and I cancelled it.

I had applied for Indian Cdc and I checked in my concerned board of regarding my Ssce marksheet verification and they have confirmed me they have verified it but the status is showing under verification process still.
