My Application number is SMO(M)/2023/249026 and is approved since last three weeks and is about to a month still there’s no dispatch details. Please look into this issue as I need for further job aspects.

I Applied for CDC Renewal in Chennai shipping master office...The problem is payment is done in my side. But there dgshipping payment mode showing your not paid the amount and after I am sent to the gmail to concern shipping master office.. Still they are not respond...it's very sad...please solve my problem...

On 16th may I got main from DG shipping that my CDC application is under verification.

I call to NIOS office as well as SMO mumbai they are not responding on call or mail.

Kindly help what is the next step as i need CDC urgently to join ship.

Its been more than 12 days still my application in under verification.

My CDC application ID is [SMO(M)/2023/249061], the CDC has been approved from last 13 days and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched please help me with that, as my company has been waiting for the documents for the joining processes and i will need it to apply for SID card as well as mentioned online it should take only 5-7 days for it to dispatched after approval

I am still waiting for a response as in when and how long will my cdc take to process ..!!? . It has been 30 days since my application has been submitted. I was told that kolkata would be faster which is why i applied from kolkata. All my friends whoever had applied from kolkata in the past for their cdc have all got it within 15-20 working days, then why haven’t I..!? I have sent an email to the kolkata email ID atleast three times ([protected]@gov.in), but they have not even sent a follow up mail saying how many days my CDC will take to arrive.
I wanted my cdc as soon as possible because until then, I can’t apply for my SID which delays the rest of the formalities that needs to be completed, I have deadlines to complete to join the cruise on time in the respective month (june), and my company is also asking how long will my CDC take to process. Good afternoon it’s been 11days my cdc is approved but not dispatched.
I have been told it takes usually 5-7days to dispatch after approval. But still its show only approved. Kindly look into the matter as I need to apply for other documents and it’s all based on cdc. My application number is SMO(M)/2023/247334, Susmita Thapa

Regarding the payment and appointment for the SID
Hello sir, this is Riyas Manakkodan, on 19th may 2023 I have applied for the SID and done the payment but it's not showing on the website . I'm unable to take the appointment for the SID documents verification, as it is showing that the payment is not done yet, but the payment is completed from my side and the money got deducted from my account, please look into it.

I Pratik Tanaji Dhamal had applied for CDC Renewal 1.5 months back and the status was showing in process for many weeks.
Yesterday when I checked it's showing rejected for document query which it's showing was mailed on 9th May 2023 but sir I haven't received any mail for the same and I missed the query for document (passport additional page) .
Kindly guide me through the process whether I have to apply again and will the fees paid before will be valid for applying again.

I applied for CDC on 17th March and they sent verification on 12th April and it's reached on 17th april to my board office and I did verification on 26thapril and paid money for verification and my board office sent back the letter on 6th May buts it's not reach on Kolkata CDC office and they rejected my application . My application no is SMO(K)/2023/47709
