    Good day Sir/Mam,

    I, Prakhar R.K. Tiwari sailing under the capacity of 2nd Mate ( INDOS No: 10NL4366 ) would like to bring the matter to your attention that it's been more than 55 days since I completed my SID appointment in Noida MMD on 21-Feb-2023 and still I've not received my SID card. The current status of my SID shows on the site is that it has been forwarded for the printing but unfortunately there is no development being noticed within the status of my SID since 13-March-2022.

    It's my humble request to you kindly look into the matter and expedite the procedure to dispatch my SID card as I'm getting delayed to join the vessel.

      Myself MANUEL PETER GOMES, Sir this is my application number SMO (M)/2023/42266. Sir my cdc is approved since 31st march it's been 10 days now but still not dispatched yet. I have visa interview in upcoming week so sir its a humble request to you that please dispatch my cdc as soon as possible so that I can go for my interview.

        I have applied for indian cdc as on 21-March-2023. The only update i got till date is that my cdc application is under verification process. There is no upadate from 3 week's other than verification process status.

        So kindly request you to do the needfull for cdc application so that i could get my cdc as soon as possible. It would help me to join a job as i'm waiting idle from months without job.

        I will be always thankful to you for this kind of your act.

                      Application No - GMDSS/MMD(M)/2023/21870

                      Please note that I applied GMDSS CoC renewal on 16 March 2023.
                      After one week, query came to re upload documents 24 March 2023 and it was re-uploaded on the same day as asked.

                      I had uploaded the required documents on time. I went to MMD Mumbai to enquire about it and they said madam didn't checked and was on leave. So there was a DELAY from their side to check, approve and update the same.

                      So in this regard, kindly approve and dispatch the same.

                            I am Sandeep Kumar Indos number 17EL0764 trying to apply for SID but it is showing that your application is in progress.
                            Last time I applied for SID in March 2021, and I got appointment on 6th April 2021 at Noida MMD. But due to urgent joining I could not able to went for my appointment and I cancelled it.
                            Still it is showing my appointment there and I am not able to submit the application for new appointment.
                            Please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible, it is humble request to you.
