I am writing to you this mail to complaint about the unsatisfactory service that my sister Ms Shrishti Singh(Patient) received at your clinic Ranchi (Jharkhand). On 23rd September, 2021 she started to take medical treatment for her hair fall from Dr. Rashmi James. Along with the treatment she had given medicine for 1 month and after few days, she saw some recovery on her hair fall. But in the next month appointment the doctor was changed and the medicine given by the doctor was not effective. Just before two days, when she went clinic for the 3rd appointment with the doctor, she found the doctor was again changed. Within 3 months you have changed 3 doctors. You are unable to provide a good and regular doctor to your patient.

I would like to bring to your notice about this above issue that the patient has been facing at your clinic Circular Road, Ranchi (Jharkhand) since 3 months.

I hope that you deal with this complaint in a top priority and address the issue listed above as soon as possible.

Updated by Pkumarriya 3 days have passed but haven't received any response from your side yet. It shows that how much you are unprofessional and irresponsible.

You have opened number of clinics all over India, with only one agenda to make money by fooling people. You don't bother about the issues of the patient.

If you didn't have sufficient Doctor in your clinic, then why you started treatment?

Please confirm, when you will be able to provide good, experience and regular doctor at your clinic.?

If not, then please initiate the process to refund full amount of money.
