This is my fourth complaint and people called after first complaint stating they will get back but no one responded. Rather I started getting calls from back end team and clinic to schedule appointment. Till date they weren't bothered, rather said doctors not available on weekends but now specifically stated as have off on Sunday so can give appointment with Dr sejal. I have told I want to cancel.. I and my son have lost all our hair. What more you want? What can you do now? You said would retain what's left which was 8 months back but your treatment just expedited the hair fall three times.. Forget rest other problems and ailments.. And your brand oil shampoo conditioner and even hair colour all just added more... And I just ended wasting time money hope in buying your treatment and those products... Only to speed and make it more worse. Please give my full refund for me and my son and stop calling unnecessarily. If you wish can come to my place to check our hair or rather head though the treatment as asked was for hair, stress, allergy, immunity but it just got worse and you added to stress giving more attacks
