Hello,
This is gaurav tekchandani from ajmer i am having treatment of hairgrow from ajmer center of dr. Batras. My patient id is[protected], this is frustrating and very wrost experience ever to meet any doctor in my life. The doctor is miss ghazala aziz. She told me that you will get good result within 6 to 8 months but we will treat you for 12 months to get finest result and for that i was asked for rs. 24000, at stating i got 10 sessions of messo therapy. I found that my hair loss was stopped, but after that it has decreased the results and again i was starting loose my hair, i did complain to dr. But after so many trials she didn't diagnose the problem and supposedly treating any better than the patient themselves. She seems to be following assumptions always. She started saying you will have to spend more money and 2 years more, even after discussing with senior doctor, that shows that the doctor is doing nothing but a good business deal to make fool their precious customers, i have complained at their toll free no. But they disconnected the call and even at fb page but the same happened they hide/deleted my comments, i found many of poor customers at dr. Batras who are not happy with their services and i bet that i can gather them as they don't know how to do complain.
So i want you to do quick action against this complain as to refund my money or to make efficient treatment by that i can get good and healthy hair. Was this information helpful? |
