Dr Batra's — Refund of Treatment

Hi,

I have sent below matter to Dr. Batra's official email id [protected]@drbatras.com provided by dr.batra's executive.

It has been a month no response received. Just a phone call to continue the treatment, I denied it No further action has been taken.

I have taken the subscription of treatment worth of Rs.16000 at Dr.Batras clinic.
However it is been 7 months now. After initial meet and payment I never ever visited the doctor neither did i take any medicines. Due to Covid-19 pandamic I was out of town. I went to my village. I want to discontinue the subscription and i want the refund back. I do not wish to continue.
