I availed the hairfall treatment plan from dr Batras for female pattern hairloss . I did the video consultation with the doctor and later same day paid Rs 18, 000 for 1 year treatment on 12 June 2020.
For the 1 st month the medicines were corriered and I started following the med and also the shampoo, oil ( to be paid separately ).

Couldn't go to the clinic due to Covid pandemic and later being shifted to native.

So continued the med for 2nd month .
I couldn't see any difference in the hairfall.

Due to the changing working hour nature of my job ... I am not able to continue the treatment, so decided to discontinue after availing the treatment for 3 months.

I never visited the clinic or met the doctor in person but still everymonth I get a greetings message from the clinic "Thankyou for visiting the clinic " and when I asked them as to why am I receiving this ...they said, they just send it every month.

I contacted the clinic 3 times to communicate the that I want to discontinue the treatment... everytime they said the concerned person is away and I will get a return call ...which never happened.

Later I talked to the doctor...she is kind of forcing me to continue the treatment . And when I asked for the refund, she said Since I paid for 1 year it's already feeded in the system for 1 year and so they can't initiate the refund .

I availed the medcine only for 3 months (3*1500 = rs 4500 ) . I want to discontinue the treatment and I want my money back ( remaining rs 13, 500 ).
Please consider my request .

I took an yearly package with Dr. Batra in a hope to solve my hair fall problem and more growth. But even after patiently waiting for 5 months, my hairfall didn't stopped. So I stopped using their services and asked for refund. Their customer service is even pathetic which on my every follow up gave me false promises that you will recieve call from our respective team but no one ever called!

Hence I request you to please get my refund. I had paid 15000 yearly charges.

I had such a pathetic experience with Dr batra. First the doctor forced me in to paying for 10 sessions of grow hair treatment which does not even work not even a single bit, first week when I went there they told me that there's no slot available they sent me back without anything and then somehow I got a slot which in the morning n in a weekday I am a working guy and I don't have time in the weekday I told them but they said we don't have any other time so I tried for 2 weeks and when I went there for my 3rd week they told me I don't have any attachment for the sessions I told him that I called and scheduled it he clearly denied and asked me to show call log I showed him the call log but even then he didn't let me take session such a pathetic ppl with the worst attitude.

I went to Batras for my hair treatment and payed 24, 000(10, 000 by card, 14000 gpay) for which I had attached the slip
Earlier date told to pay 10, 000 for 6 mnths to stop hair thining process under which I started getting adverse reaction after taking medicine given by Batra when I complained for the same the doctor said this isn't possible I am 100% sure with my medicine but at the same time he was not ready to give me a surety on my grow hair treatment after which we ask him if we can only do hair thinning treatment worth 10, 000 and later on take decisions regarding grow hair treatment 14, 000 which I had paid already on which the doctor became rude and said we are not going to refund you either you take treatment or don't but I won't refund you, where else my grow hair treatment was not evn started and I took five sitting of hvt . When I requested to the doctor to clarify my doubts he said only when patient dies we refund the amount which I think is unprofessional to talk to the patient
Also they didn't clearly mention in the first visit that grow hair treatment process doesn't last for a long period today when I asked that time doctor told me that after a certain time my hair will again become thin and I will have to do the maintenance thing every month
I don't want to continue my treatment with such an professional and uncertain clinic I want my amount refunded because before starting the treatment and after fire sitting my hair is thinning has increased and getting has also increased

I am Harsh Jhawar from ajmer rajasthan I visited dr batra's clinic in ajmer branch in first week of September and took a plan of ₹12, 000 I have hair and some health problems then i paid half of my plan as I am student so firstly i paid half which is ₹6, 000 then after one month i visited in clinic the receptionist ma'am told me that my file is going to be terminate as i cannot paid full amount as i have financial issue in my family i told give me some time i will paid and my problem was not cure so once give appointment for doctor then i paid my remaining payment in few days but receptionist ma'am told that first i have to pay otherwise my file will be terminated and they can't give medicines and treatment till as my problem wasn't cure and also reaction by there medicines in one month and the behaviour also inappropriate, intolerance for me as i paid half of the fees but there behaviour was very rude and i will not go to dr batra's clinic so i request you to please refund my payment as soon as possible i cannot take treatment there where there is no respect of patience the respect only money who paid they talk nice and who cannot paid due to some issues they can't give treatment

Me and my partner joined batras a year ago for hair fall treatment. We put in lot of efforts to improve our hair re-growth by travelling 36 kms every week to attend the HVT. Even after following their medicines for 7 months, no positive results were seen other than adverse side effects. I underwent severe constipation issues every day since I started the treatment and my hemorrhoids were aggravated severely. Even after repeated complaints and follow-ups batras has not given us the full refund of the amount we paid.

I paid 16, 900 for my acne treatment. Then spent on the protein powder they coax you to buy, In one year i bought 4, 600 rs each. acne cream from dr Batra and a facewash. Plus there is certain diet you're supposed to follow, and that costs a lot.
I followed everything all for NOTHING.
When I visited first, I was promised that they will be working on the root cause of acne and cure it.
Throughout the year, the acne kept happening like it usually does. Each new acne leaving scars behind. Dr. kept saying that the medicine is doing it's work by bringing out the heat inside the body.
Before treatment, the pimples were mostly on my cheeks. But now it has spread all over my face. on my scalp. Hands and back also.
But whenever I talked abut it, she said its the heat coming out. The medicine... roots..etc.
And after one year. The doctor said "Maine toh pehle bataya tha ke poori tarah thik karna possible nahi hai. Aur aapko medicines ke baad maintenance rakhna padega." Like hell.
And then also advised to apply lemon juice on it. Any youtuber could have suggested that . FOR FREE.
And then they had the audacity to ask if I want to renew it, by giving them more money. What a BS.
They are a bunch of liars.
The doctor and the entire staff are god awful.
I can write pages on the trouble they gave me very time for 12 months.
I followed everything. yet, this happened. I regret wasting my parent's money on this.
Things you're NOT supposed to eat during the medications - VIneger, ketchup, Tamarind (Imli), coffee, tea and others. And they will give you a list about the things you should eat, which I did.
They took pictures of my face which they will airbrush it later, no doubt and all the while they kept saying it looks better. Rubbish.
In conclusion. The staff is just as horrible as their hollow medicines.

And their staff, they lie about doctor being not present even when she is inside or lie that she is busy. With whom???? I remember every single horrible experience. If you want to hear it, I'll tell you.

They don't give the medicines properly, that is supposed to be applied on face. You have to keep asking just to get another bottle. The number of bottles don't count. because it is half full. And the last time i went there. They lied that they don't have the medicine. When I said i'll come later. They said that I can't come back again as The duration is over and they have already given me the medicine. But no, it will end on 21 November . not now.
And this happens the entire year.
I always had to drive back to ask more medicine that is to be applied on face. They made me wait for a long time, were rude to me, charging that i just came. Again, you are giving a very small quantity. I complained about the staff's behavior to the doctor. But she always dismissed me saying that I shouldn't pay any mind to them. How the hell can I not pay mind.
They are supposed to give me medicines but they are not.
I swear, I will tell each and everyone I know to NOT visit there.

I started my vitiligo treatment in Nov 19 from dr batra’s Pitampura clinic for ₹16000 including genetic test(15000+1000). Staff their told me that this test provides the approximate time in which my disease will be cured. My treatment for the first year will be ending next month ie Nov 20 and they still hadn’t taken the genetic test. Now they are denying that i was not provided with the genetic test in the treatment that’s why they didn’t took it. Medication is helping but the from the management, its very disappointing nature towards their patients and i will make sure that no one else suffers that. After I showed my treatment file to them they said due to corona we were not able to take the saliva. They are just changing their statements every time. I know that in this pandemic it is difficult to take that test, but the staff must take the accountability for their guilty and should compensate their patients. Now they are neither reducing the amount for next year’s treatment nor they are giving guarantee to take the test in the coming year. I hope that management will see towards it otherwise i will have no choice left but to go to consumer court.

I am getting treated for Sebborhic dermatitis issue for past 15 months at Batra (janakpuri clinic in delhi).

I have to just go to clinic & pickup madicine for 1 months that's it. I was in very much stressed because i recognised that my problem was increasing day by day. This email is in regard to my ( Soniya Makhija Patient code :[protected] treatment course started from 28th December 2019 regarding premature greying & Delayed periods.

As per the demand by the cashier at the Malviya nagar Branch we paid INR 18000/- cash for the treatment of above mentioned issues together, as claimed by the doctor.

Till March 19, I continued taking medicines provided, taken therapy only 2-3 times and purchased protein powder as well from your clinic. But the results were quite disastrous. My premature greying & hair fall has increased by 10 folds and I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED MY MENSTRUAL CYCLE SINCE FEBRUARY NOW.

I have already informed her about these adverse effects to the lady doctor I met 2 months back and requested to stop my treatment and refund the amount as I don't want to harm my body further but as per her guidance she convinced me to change the medicine and take new ones as prescribed by her.
I did that too but results were even worse, I am experiencing facial hair growth, increase in hair fall even more than before and eventually no PERIODS till date.

I visited the clinic again and asked the doctor Mr. Reshu Kumar about the whole issue and he has confirmed the case and stopped my treatment too.

At present, my condition is 100 times worse what it was when I started the treatment along with that I need to get an immediate treatment for my Periods asap. I am not financially stable even to spend so much.

I have already stated my case very clearly 2 months back and repeated again twice with Dr.Reshu Kumar as well. Submitted an application as well last week after so much of requests were done.

I don't know about the policies but I was given the surety to reduce my greying and regular periods as I was already taking homeopathy treatment by someone else and It was all well but I had to discontinue from there as I was given the trust at your clinic.

I am highly disappointed by this behaviour and the treatment.
I would request you to kindly process my REFUND ASAP so that I can help myself to get some proper medicine. I hope you all must understand how big an issue is this not getting PERIODS past 7 months.

I applied for refund after a worst experience with dr batras. But i found them keeping my request and complaint pending for more than due time given by them, which now intolerable for me. I would like to request concerned authorities look into my issue and access my refund amount.

I had been transferred to hyderabad hit tech city branch from bangalore indiranagar branch.. Yesterday i had been to the hi tech city branch for my first hair growth session and. The technician was giving me hud to be used without even sterilizing it.. I have seen the dirty used cotton balls attached to the hud device which after many requests was removed but since she didn't either sterilized or sanitized the hud device i had to speak the person present in the counter. Post that she used abusive language and started screaming at me. No one could stop her post that i left the clinic without any treatment done.in fact that branch do not even check the temperature of anyone coming inside... They just allow everyone to get in with any information recorded. I have raised this issue with the indiranagar branch, bangalore of dr. Batra whom i spoke to very clearly regarding my movement in few month before making any payment. Since they already charged me full amount of 2 year treatment along with the hair growth sessions charges as well, now i'm getting treated like this... Kindly get this sorted out asap. I have wasted my time and money yesterday and i didn't get any treatment, if you guys cannot sort this out please refund my money back.

His is in regards to our disappointing experience with dr batra services.

My wife (I. E. Sujata halder) & i (I. E. Jyoti ghosh) signed up with dr batra’s homeopathic treatment to resolve our dermatological problems on 22nd of september 2019 (Pfa screenshot) in saltlake sector v branch kolkata by paying rs. 34, 000 (Rs. 17, 000 for each o[censored]s) and i must say that it was one of the worst decisions of our lives.

This was supposed to be the primary service/ test for which both us had given samples of our saliva and we were told that the repots are going to come by 45 days to 2 months, max by 3 months time. Based on the results the doctor will proceed with the customized treatment plan but unfortunately, we have not received our dna reports till date. It’s been a year now, we tried to contact the clinic multiple times & ask for the reports but each time, we were given lame excuses by the clinic saying ‘’we couldn’t find your reports on our database’’, ‘’we are not able to download your reports, once downloaded we’ll get in touch with you’’ but that day never came. I wonder a clinic like batra’s can’t track & download couple of reports in one year??!!! In spite of the goo[censored]ps, they didn’t even ask to submit our saliva samples once again as well. However, they were do eager & proactive to swipe our credit cards to sign us up for this pathetic & fraudulent service.

Doctor had prescribed us to take homeopathy medicines each month without seeing our dna reports. I don’t know how he prescribed those medicines and needless to say those so called ‘’medicines’’ were useless they didn’t resolve any of our problems. Also, the doctor strategically convinced us to use batra products only so that they can sell those to us (I. E. Products needs to purchased separately, it doesn’t include in the service package), how convenient and needless to say those products didn’t help us whatsoever.

We couldn’t consume most of the sessions due to covid lockdown. Rather, we have not visited the clinic since march 2020. Our medium of contacts with the clinic were whatsapp & zoom.

Fyi: we’ve had only one doctor consultation on zoom since march 2020. No one bothered to let us know what happened to our dna reports, our concerns were not heard, instead they were eager to know whether we need any products from them. By now we both have lost faith & realised there’s no point visiting the clinic during covid & risking our lives.

I hope the above points made it quite clear that we have not received any of the services which were promised to us. Also, we had to consult another doctor & invest extra money to address our persisting issues. Henceforth, we demand complete refund of our hard earned money which we’ve invested in batra’s for nothing.
