First the doctor forced me in to paying for 10 sessions of grow hair treatment which does not even work not even a single bit, first week when I went there they told me that there's no slot available they sent me back without anything and then somehow I got a slot which in the morning n in a weekday I am a working guy and I don't have time in the weekday I told them but they said we don't have...

I am getting spam calls from automated call response from Dr Batras mobiles phones [protected] and other numbers...i am getting number of calls per day...i never ever registered my number any where with batras...If they dont stop spam calls to me without the difference of day and night i will lodge a complaint with the local police...

I have registered with batra's from past 1 and a half months back (year plan - -16999). According to the plan they have to provide HVT therapy but the day when I had registered till date HVT machine is not working.

I had made many number of follow-up for this issues but it's the same.

I went to Batras for my hair treatment and payed 24, 000(10, 000 by card, 14000 gpay) for which I had attached the slip

Me and my partner joined batras a year ago for hair fall treatment. We put in lot of efforts to improve our hair re-growth by travelling 36 kms every week to attend the HVT. Even after following their medicines for 7 months, no positive results were seen other than adverse side effects. I ve started my treatment in dr batra's nearly in April May 2020 & paid for 1 year. After treatment of almost 5 months i didn't get any recovery. I have to just go to clinic & pickup madicine for 1 months that's it. I was in very much stressed because i recognised that my problem was increasing day by day. That's why i have to start treatment somewhere else. I request you to pls refund my money....
