I have faced worst experience today (25.02.2022) at Thiruvotttiyur branch. While taking my mother to checkup the eye vision problem, They asked that two dose of vaccination certificate is must to take the treatment but my mother didn't take any vaccination due to her health condition. They told that strictly we won't give any treatment without vaccination and Immediately they sent us to out of hospital.. They treated us like begger even begger should not be treated like that.

    Good morning. Received SMS message from Agarwal Tambaram hospital for follow up consultation but not considered the appointment SMS message in reception also no proper response. If this is the case I would have made my presence earlier if appointment time in message will not be considered. Totally frustrated.

      We went for eye check up in Dr.Agarwal hospital, salem, and noticed many of the hospital workers are not wearing the face mask properly. Hospital staffs attending the patients without any safe measures during this Covid-19 pandemic situation. This carelessness in hospitals make us worrying and the management should take appropriate safety measures and educate their staffs on hygiene and cleanliness. Scan machines which are usually patients placing their chin and face is not cleanly after every use, it must be sanitized after every use as the best practice.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have myopia eye power of -3 on both eyes and I'm contact user for more than 5 years and I was suggested for LASIK by doctors in your branch and I have made my decision for proceeding with LASIK.

          [protected] : I Went for full inspection pre Lasik with includes Blood tests, Eye pressure, Refractions, Pentacam and one more specific test which i don't know as they didn't mention the name and said I have a scar in left eye and for that we need to take a test and after that we can proceed for LASIK, later all test completed and they informed we can proceed for LASIK as all tests are fine and no issues will come and I also asked whether the scar will create issues while LASIK and Dr. Ramya was the person taking care of my full consultation and operation.

          Dr. Ramya finally after inspecting my eye said you can proceed for LASIK as this scar won't disturb LASIK and there will be a slight difference in quality.

          Further myself and my father had a discussion with counselor Mr. Bala and he also said all tests went well and no issues will be faced during and post LASIK other than slight quality/clarity difference in left eye due to scar.

          [protected] : Operation day !!

          Like before all test and pre Lasik procedure taken care and all went well and went to operation theatre.

          Dr. Ramya's last patient on that day as they said.

          Note: Vision and very good pre Lasik and while wearing specs no issues with clarity and during refraction also power stabled and all is fine.

          During operation Dr. Ramya was performing LASIK procedure for right eye and completed very soon and next to left eye she was delayed than right eye may be due to unidentified scar and also speaking continuously that tell that refraction person to do procedure correctly or she won't allow inside lab like that.

          Eye minutes later Dr. Ramya said operation went well and said to come next day for consultation.

          [protected] : Meet Dr. Ramya and she said vision restored very well and said to continue drops as per prescription.

          [protected] : After few days of LASIK I understand my left eye vision is not fully recovered. I can feel the quality difference as informed earlier and surprisingly I can observe vision difference and vision not fully recovered, I feel letters and objects in shattered way and I can't focus anything like right eye..

          Note: all tablets and drops taken as per prescription and I was fully in home till today after LASIK due to recovery hope.

          Later in upcoming consultation with Dr. Ramya, I used to inform always that I feel the shattered vision and blurry vision in left eye and right eye is good.

          But she always referring that due to scar your vision will be like this only and we have already informed and can't do anything now.

          I don't understand why you guys being Dr. and playing in life like this..

          I request you to be careful in all process of LASIK and befor and during operation.

          I feel bad for taking LASIK with your hospital and i have wasted my money, time and left eye vision due to carelessness and lethargic.

          Thanks for making my good vision into a bad Vision now.

          With reference to our earlier mail, This is to inform you that I got a call from Ms. Sri Vidhya and rescheduled an appointment with the Chief doctor Dr. Susan, Further I had a consultation and conversation with whole team after few re-scans and retests, I understand their us no solution to my issues as the chief doctor says you eye looks normal for her and I feel the same from inside,

          Further more scans/consultation completed on the same day[protected] and finally to benefits to myself as my vision is still same from the beginning (Left eye is dull and cloudy when compared to right eye) and again doctor Susan gave few more drops in addition to earlier drops and said me to continue for 15 days and come back for consultation.

          I started using those drops and i can feel slight changes in left eye but still issue remains.

          As informed earlier by doctor Susan I came back for an appointment on 2nd December and paid consultation fees (I don't how many consultation fee I have to pay further) already spend 1.2 L for surgery and in addition medicine and drops on daily routine as drops are too costly.. I was informed I will be using one drops from 2nd to 3rd month and after that no expenses but till now I'm using drops on daily basis around 3 different types of drops which is not acceptable.

          After consultation with Dr. Susan, I understand again their is no hope for vision recovery as they are repeatedly saying vision is dull due to a scar in left eye but i don't know why they didn't Inform anything before surgery.

          So it's a total loss of money, time and most important in our life is vision and I lost that too with Dr. Agarwal.

          Till now as on today (19-Dec-2021) my left vision is blurry/cloudy and vision not clear and both eyes I can't see the light properly as it's fully shattered and shaky.

          I really thank Dr. Agarwal for losing my vision which was good before surgery and now I'm frustrated after so many consultation and conversation..

          With references to the earlier post I’m updating the present status !!

          My vision is getting more blur on left eye and my eye vision also getting glare most of the times

          I’m not able to view traffic lights and other lights clearly!! It’s fully blur and shaky!!

          I had consultation with Dr. Susan before 02 months and she said to come for consultation after 02 months I.e Feb 1st week but till now hospitals is not following with me for consultation!! They don’t even care if I come or not and also don’t care about my vision coz they collect money for operation and next 4 to 5 consultations!!

          I’m following with hospital reception for appointments but they are not providing any confirmation!! They are simply postponing the date and please be informed my drops are finished and I don’t know whether I should continue or discontinue and I don’t aware !!

          Fully frustrated with your service and I don’t know how you people are sitting idle without even responding to the emergency and not even worried about patients requirements !!

          Finally I lost my money, time and living with an blurry vision!!

          I should have not undergone the lasik and better used specs or contacts lens and saved my vison and money !!

          Worst experience with Agarwal !!

            I have gone for eye checkup in thiruvallur and they prescribed me an eye power which is totally reverse for my eyes...i ordered glass in lenskart with this prescription worth of 5k but my sight was totally a dubbled vision and vision is totally zoomed...i went to nearby agarwal hospital but they were not responding properly...i asked for cross check but refused by them...if they prescribe like this wrong eye power prescribtion there will be more damage to eyes...where to complaint this

                Receptionist told us to sit for one and half an hour. They didn't tell us the reason. After one hour and thirty minutes, when we asked, they asked for the form. We asked what were they talking about. Again they if we have paid the money. When we have shown that it's already paid, they got up from the seats and spoke to the doctors to check for my Daughter. Also they were small mosquitoes and flies which were continoulsy biting us. No fan or AC.

It's situated in Dharmapuri District.At last monday[protected] I am visited in your Hospital with my mother for their eye issues.at right day your doctor checked my mother eyes. The Doctor said to me your mother have cataract issues in both eye's they advised to me through to do surgery.we are ready to do this at the same day we are completed some needed medical test and checkups finally we are go to counselling section meet the counselling person JAYA. we are said to the counsellor interesting to do the surgery through to medical insurance cashless treatment.she asked me patient Aadhaar card and medical insurance ID photo copy . two days after we sumitted scan copies through to given mail ID .at till now the counselling person didn't give any needed details didn't contact me.and last three days we trying to contact her she is not responsible and didn't received my phone calls it's worst customer service

                    Dear all, I write this on behalf of my wife who got call from HR department for a vacancy of front office executive. So, we travelled to Anna Nagar branch and then to porur branch and she got selected and during salary negotiation, she didn't agree for the salary package offered by the HR department as she got five years of experience. And again after few days of time; my wife received call from HR department and told, there is a vacancy for the position of counsellor and your selected for that position. And you need to tell in fifteen minutes whether your ok with the job. So, my wife and entire family discussed and said ok to the HR, was asked to meet operation head alone. The operation head told, you have 15 days training in alwarpet branch and next 15 days training in Anna Nagar branch. And please meet HR ragavi for formalities at alwarpet branch. After a lot personal issues and problems we travelled to alwarpet branch to meet ragavi HR. UNFORTUNATELY, She was not there and asked to go to greams road branch. There my wife met ragavi, after waiting for lunch hour for ragavi to finish. The issue here is, during the Corona pandemic time, why HR department is asking for an employee to travel so long. Issue with HR DEPARTMENT : 1.) Lack of communication between the department. 2.) No proper sechuduling of interview process. 3.) Never advised the employee about the unavailability of HR in alwarpet and also never asked the employee to take lunch. Moreover, This is second time calling an employee again for interview, who denied the previous job for unsatisfied salary package. And my wife, who ran everywhere in the direction pointed out by your HR department is a mother of two kids explained everything about her experience and presence of documents and expected salary to the HR. Fyi, we were about to shift our house and we stopped that because of this HR department. I explained everything to the HR Head Suhasini. Who is unware of what is happening in the HR department. So, we are now cornered to take this issue to the respective authorities of government bodies.

                      Dear Sir,
                      My father Mr. Prafulla Chandra Pattanayak, having Registration Number – BHU/13863/19 was having cataract problem in his left eye. As per the advice of Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty I took him to your hospital at Bhubaneswar on 02nd Nov 2020. Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty has operated my father’s left eye. Around 05:30 PM he called me and told due to some injury at the time of operation, we could not fixed the lenses. Therefore, he asked me to come after 09 Nov 2020 and prescribe some medicine for healing the injury.
                      On 18 Nov 2020, Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty checked my father’s eye and referred to Dr. Samir Vankawala on the same day. Dr. Samir Vankawala prescribed some medicine and asked my father to come after 21 Nov 2020. On 21 Nov 2020, again I went to Dr. Samir Vankawala for checkup. He checked and referred to Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty for next follow-up.
                      On 15 Dec 2020, my father and I went to Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty. He checked and advised that, the injury have not yet healed up and also Dr. Samir Vankawala was not available. Therefore, he asked us to go and assuring that, he will intimate us as per the availability of Dr. Samir Vankawala.
                      After my continuous follow-up, lastly Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty refered my father to Dr. Jyoti Prakash of your Cuttack Branch. On 21 Apr 2021, my father and I consulted with Dr. Jyoti Prakash. He checked and told my father that it not possible to put the lenses in the left eye due to the damage at the time of operation. Then we contacted with Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty on 22 Apr 2021, he told us the same as Dr. Jyoti Prakash told.
                      Due to your negligence, my father lost his one eye. Therefore, I am escalating this issue to you. I want my father’s eye should be all right by any means, and he should see the world as earlier, otherwise I will not hesitate to take the help of court of law.
                      NB:- Already I mailed you on dated 28th April 2021 regarding this but not response. And on 4th may I submit the issue on your customer complain portal also discuss with your customer care executive several time but no any response.

                      Reference to the chain of mail and my continuous follow up with your Local / Corporate Offices. I have not received any satisfactory answer from your end, rather I got humiliate from your end.
                      I contacted Mr. Binaya Mishra of your Bhubaneswar branch; first, he did not like to talk to me on my issues, which I mentioned in my mail. When I repeatedly call him, he told me I cannot do anything on this issue, you can contact our corporate office directly and do not call me again.

                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                      My father Mr. Prafulla Chandra Pattanayak, having Registration Number – BHU/13863/19 was having cataract problem in his left eye. As per the advice of Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty I took him to your hospital at Bhubaneswar on 02nd Nov 2020. Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty has operated my father’s left eye. Around 05:30 PM he called me and told due to some injury at the time of operation, we could not fixed the lenses. Therefore, he asked me to come after 09 Nov 2020 and prescribe some medicine for healing the injury.
                      On 18 Nov 2020, Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty checked my father’s eye and referred to Dr. Samir Vankawala on the same day. Dr. Samir Vankawala prescribed some medicine and asked my father to come after 21 Nov 2020. On 21 Nov 2020, again I went to Dr. Samir Vankawala for checkup. He checked and referred to Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty for next follow-up.
                      On 15 Dec 2020, my father and I went to Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty. He checked and advised that, the injury have not yet healed up and also Dr. Samir Vankawala was not available. Therefore, he asked us to go and assuring that, he will intimate us as per the availability of Dr. Samir Vankawala.
                      After my continuous follow-up, lastly Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty refered my father to Dr. Jyoti Prakash of your Cuttack Branch. On 21 Apr 2021, my father and I consulted with Dr. Jyoti Prakash. He checked and told my father that it not possible to put the lenses in the left eye due to the damage at the time of operation. Then we contacted with Dr. Bijaya Kumar Mohanty on 22 Apr 2021, he told us the same as Dr. Jyoti Prakash told.
                      Due to your negligence, my father lost his one eye. Therefore, I am escalating this issue for early resolving . I want my father’s eye should be all right by any means, and he should see the world as earlier, otherwise I will not hesitate to take the help of court of law.

                          I am regular customer of Dr Aggarwal Eyecare . I have visited the Panjaguta Centre for changing the frame for my spectacle .while changing the frame, Technician of the center has damaged one lance When I have asked for this damage then smartly he has refused and told me that i have visited with damaged lance only .

                          It is really poor and unprofessional service by the Panjaguta Branch, I have lost approx Rs 3500, Now i have to go for the new lances .

                            I got my cataract surgery of both eyes done on 12 th & 24 th Feb 2021 at Dr Agarwal eye Hospital ;Kasba ;Kolkata.
                            I find the place good.Attending personals including tech personal are good. Attending Surgeon was very nice to me
                            All the good things is over shadowed by an act of fleecing where one set of PPE, I was made to wear, cost me 1000/-for 2set.it's 2000/- PPE was of very cheap quality and may not cost 50/-each.NO other personal present in OT were wearing PPE. nor the OT table covered with disposable sheet.
                            I felt that the act is unjust and complained but was made to understand that it's policy matter and can not be addressed locally at Kasba establishment.
                            I feel Dr Agarwal Eye Hospital management should revisit this policy. I also feel that excess money paid by me should be returned

                              Sir,
                              My mother fall into Operation for the reason of eye irritating and to repair droopy eyelids. By doctor suggestion cataract operation has done on left eye and next in 20days after right eye also cataract operation done. After these operations still we facing a same problem what we complaint to doctor like eye irritating, to repair droopy eyelids and over that eye has much more pain. For reference I attached below the summary of medical report.

                                The reception staff at your Pune, Aundh, hospital are need urgent direction in dealing with patients. I visited your Aundh hospital for my regular annual check on Wednesday, 3rd February 2021.I called a day in advance to check working hours. Was told[protected]. The technicians etc., do not arrive before 0930 & then take their own sweet time to accept patients.
                                After the check up is completed the billing & other formalities take forever. I was told that report will be given tomorrow!! Why?
                                When I went next day, 4th February 2021, after informing an hour in advance. Report was not ready & when given it was the wrong one. Had to again show old report to get the correct report.
                                We don"t go to a hospital for a picnic & expect minimum time, atleast at the reception.Preiously there was a lady manning the reception who was excellent. The present 2 males require to buck up.

                                    My Father got cataract surgery done in Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital in TIRUNELVELI one month ago. (MRN no.246306 )

                                    Today, we went for our regular check-up. We reached at 12.30 afternoon.

                                    We waited for 2 hr. but no one came for check-up. They mentioned that dr. will come in some time.

                                    My father has high pressure problem. We could not wait after 3 pm. Nobody from hospital staff gave clear instruction when will Dr come and get the eye checked.

                                    My Father went to have some food at 3.30 pm and came back again for check-up. Still no sign of Dr.

                                    After lot of enquiring finally we met a Dr at 5 pm. It took 5mins for the Dr. to check and asked u to go home.

                                    My Complaint from this Hospital

                                    1) Elderly Patient had to wait for 5 + hrs without any clear instructions.


                                    2) Asked us to take eye scan but Dr. did not even look at the Scan report nor gave any feedback for the report. Waste of Scan report of Rs. 1000.

                                    3) We were given appointment to met a different Dr but that Dr was not available.

                                    Even after spending 55000 + rs for eye surgery we could not get proper treatment due to mismanagement of hospital staff.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam
                                      Today we called your hospital situated at I main road Nanganallur regarding eye checkup for myself and my son. They told us to come before 06:30 pm. Since eyes are going to be dilated we took an auto and reached hospital at 06:35 pm. The receptionist at the hospital informed since patients are more today it is not possible and to come on Monday. If they had told us at the time of calling to the hospital itself we would have avoided coming today. There is some communication gap which has to be corrected in your professional hospital. We have so much of faith in your esteemed hospital in our country because of which we come for consultation.
                                      Do not take it as a complaint. Take it as a feedback to improve service and avoid dissatisfied customers.

                                        After i done lasik surgery.. with carnia strengthening paid extra money..
                                        But still one left eye vision not improved... i told doctors they are so much negligence..
                                        Kindly refund my money.. or im going to put case in police station...
