Updated by Harish Santhanam With reference to our earlier mail, This is to inform you that I got a call from Ms. Sri Vidhya and rescheduled an appointment with the Chief doctor Dr. Susan, Further I had a consultation and conversation with whole team after few re-scans and retests, I understand their us no solution to my issues as the chief doctor says you eye looks normal for her and I feel the same from inside,
Further more scans/consultation completed on the same day[protected] and finally to benefits to myself as my vision is still same from the beginning (Left eye is dull and cloudy when compared to right eye) and again doctor Susan gave few more drops in addition to earlier drops and said me to continue for 15 days and come back for consultation.
I started using those drops and i can feel slight changes in left eye but still issue remains.
As informed earlier by doctor Susan I came back for an appointment on 2nd December and paid consultation fees (I don't how many consultation fee I have to pay further) already spend 1.2 L for surgery and in addition medicine and drops on daily routine as drops are too costly.. I was informed I will be using one drops from 2nd to 3rd month and after that no expenses but till now I'm using drops on daily basis around 3 different types of drops which is not acceptable.
After consultation with Dr. Susan, I understand again their is no hope for vision recovery as they are repeatedly saying vision is dull due to a scar in left eye but i don't know why they didn't Inform anything before surgery.
So it's a total loss of money, time and most important in our life is vision and I lost that too with Dr. Agarwal.
Till now as on today (19-Dec-2021) my left vision is blurry/cloudy and vision not clear and both eyes I can't see the light properly as it's fully shattered and shaky.
I really thank Dr. Agarwal for losing my vision which was good before surgery and now I'm frustrated after so many consultation and conversation..

My vision is getting more blur on left eye and my eye vision also getting glare most of the times
I’m not able to view traffic lights and other lights clearly!! It’s fully blur and shaky!!
I had consultation with Dr. Susan before 02 months and she said to come for consultation after 02 months I.e Feb 1st week but till now hospitals is not following with me for consultation!! They don’t even care if I come or not and also don’t care about my vision coz they collect money for operation and next 4 to 5 consultations!!
I’m following with hospital reception for appointments but they are not providing any confirmation!! They are simply postponing the date and please be informed my drops are finished and I don’t know whether I should continue or discontinue and I don’t aware !!
Fully frustrated with your service and I don’t know how you people are sitting idle without even responding to the emergency and not even worried about patients requirements !!
Finally I lost my money, time and living with an blurry vision!!
I should have not undergone the lasik and better used specs or contacts lens and saved my vison and money !!
Worst experience with Agarwal !!
