I am Sanjay. I visited Dr.Agarwals Eye Hospital Trichy in the month of March 2022 for my Mom. And they have quoted 34000 for eye surgery for one eye via insurance. It got approved by FHPL, and the left eye surgery was done for my Mom.
I again visited the hospital for the other eye in the month of July 22 and I have been told that the operation cost rose up to 55000.

How in the world it...

I came to your hospital in Thoothukudi for eye examination on 14.06.2022. I bought new glasses at your hospital on (INR.5480). But in two days that mirror was broken. You brought it to your hospital on 25.06.2022 to fix it but you can not fix it
They say to fix it in the mirror on the other side. I have no choice but to go to consumer court.

Visited thier vellore branch, They will not respond to your calls properly, rarely attend your calls. When asked about it during a visit in person they simply responded that they were busy and they will attend once they feel like it. Patients are literally made to shift from floor to floor. It is high time dragarwals had a solid appointment and patient management system....

I went for eye test and bought Tommy Hilfiger specs with lens after eye test in Agarwal Eye Hospital, really worst service they are in urgent in looking many customers not giving satisfactory answer, even the spec with lens they gave is giving double image which cost almost 39 Thousand really waste of money, tried reaching them asked me to try for one month and update, even after that same issue, now they are telling it will get practiced...

I got my laser surgery earlier January of last year, within 3months of the surgery I started having eye vision problem and I visited the hospital regularly as directed by the surgeon but even after taking all medicines, drops and continuously visiting and spending huge amount of money after the surgery still my vision is not fixed.
