With reference to the complaint received on 6th Oct 2021 regarding the consumer complaint made by Mr. Tarun (Complainant) against Droom Technology Private Limited(Droom/Company), we would like to bring to your kind notice that the complainant didn't take you through the droom process.
The customer has already participated in our previous promotional deal, due to that his order 25563598 got canceled in the auto verification process. Droom has already resolved this complaint and also communicated the same to the customer as well.
As per Droom policies, a buyer can participate only once in a promotional/deal.
