I have purchased 2014 royal enfield classic 350cc from droom website on 16/09/2015. For that it requires one user id and i have created the same at september 16, 2015 9:53 am, a confirmation mail also received from droom website. I have also paid commitment fee of rs.2400 for the same. But in the evening i have received a mail that your order is been canceled due to multiple purchased. But i have not done any other transactions from droom. I called to droom customer care[protected] but they are not providing proof of multiple purchase. I am not the single person, 2 more person is facing the same problem. They are saying that they have right to cancel any order without any reason. Droom is also listing faking advertisement which are actual not available in market. One of my friend ordered toyota fortuner and paid commitment fee of rs.23000, after few hours he came to know that, that vehicle is not available anymore. If this vehicle is not available for sale than why they have posted in their website and why they have commitment fees of rs.23000 for the same. They are just collecting commitment fee and returning after 10 days.
I request to block this website. As they are making fools to people and cheating them.

Do you have any invoice copy which you have paid to droom, or any transaction ID from your bank statement against droom, in your provided pictures there is only refunded mail no mail for deduction of any amount kindly share those details with droom may be that help you to get your money back

how many vehicles have you bought from droom and any other sites, and how many times you got cheated, without any knowledge do not spread any wrong word to anyone if you got cheated then do legal complaint do not spread wrong word
I am sorry to tell you that you are not genuine. I am not spreading wrong word but actually educating people to save them from online cheats like www.droom.in. You are only normal brokers and I can tell hundred times that you are here to cheat without any doubt. I have lost my money and now I do not have time to go behind you as I know you are not going to help me. You put legal complaint and i will prove that you have cheated me. It's a open challenge to you cheats. I have the purchase papers and the work estimate from two authorized Honda service centers to prove.
