I booked a premium inspection for a used car, I was expecting a verified technician will be performing the inspection. The person who came to inspect the car was not a verified technician. he himself told that he is an evaluator and not a technician. Report wrongfully lists him as verified technician. He asked me to consult a mechanic if I wanted to get engine and suspension checked as he has no or very less knowledge about it. It was very disappointing experience. Tried to contact customer care, they stopped responding after first communication. I want my money back as the quality services were not provided. Order ID# 204937 Was this information helpful?
