Dear team,

My transaction date is 9th april 2018, but still not recd my 2500 cash back from droom, regularly i follow up but did'nt get positive resonpnse, kindly check the issue on urgent basis. Every time droom team told me sir we are working on that, please give us more time, already 2 month is over but they did'nt get any resolution for this transaction.

My transaction date is 27th May 2018, but still not recd my 2500 cash back from droom, regularly i follow up but did'nt get positive resonpnse, kindly check the issue on urgent basis. Every time droom team told me sir we are working on that, please give us more time, 26days over but they did'nt get any resolution for this transaction and not suggesting me.

Am received 2500 cash back from droom, I request droom team on help line no., kindly check the issue on urgent basis. Droom team told me process I follow the process. More than time for 20 days but solved my problem. So, thanks droom team.
