[Resolved] Droom Technology — Complaining about the pending delivery of the ordered item | |||||
I had placed order with Droom for a helmet on 15th Feb 2017 vide order no. 156575. I was told that the product will be delivered within 20 days. I have been given the shipment details of item "through book my packet" awb no.98119770. It is more than 20 days since I placed the order the item is yet to reach. The courier shipment tracking confirms that the items was forwarded to the destination on 24th Feb 2017. Though the item was booked for shipment there is not further update on the shipment since 24th Feb 2017. I have written to the company about the undue delay in the fulfilling delivery but Droom seems to dodging the question with the repetition of the same reply that the product will reach in 20 days. There is no provision to reach the courier company as they do not have any contact number. Reply to request form on the website seems to go blank unanswered. May seek the confirmation of delivery being fulfilled with tentative date with slight margin not 20 days at a go. Or give access to the courier service to atleast know what is happening on the delivery front. Was this information helpful? | |||||
